I have and ELF eyeshadow, and it is such a good deal for 1 buck! I don’t think ELF will go to Europe because wouldn’t that complicate the whole 1 dollar thing? Plus the shipping cost would hire the cost of ElF, taking away from its appeal.

i’ve never tried elf cosmetics..i was tempted at first cause gosh it’s only a dollar for most products, but i thought it over and reviewed it and was like, i’ll wait…and see!!

Mary, the eyeshadow I got is lilac colored. It is pretty. And my friend has a lipgloss which I tried- it was very good for 1$!!!!

there are other companies that sell 1 € (or cheaper) samples and ship international! just look at pure luxe cosmetics or cory cosmetics!

pure luxe offers great quality eyeshadows for 1 $ and some other things for 1 $, samples size but great and cory eyeshadow samples are less than 1 $
