Cosmetics Contest Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules.
Eligibility: The Giveaway is open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia) (”US”), Canada (except the province of Quebec), and Europe (EU)for the duration of the Giveaway Period. Giveaway may only be entered from and in eligible jurisdictions. US, UK, CA, and EU residents must have reached the age of 16′een in order to participate. Void in Quebec and where prohibited. All federal, provincial, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.
Description of Grand Prize:

Allow three (3) to eight (8) weeks for shipment of prize.
No alternative prize, cash, or other substitution is permitted in the event of prize unavailability. All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner, including, without limitation, any applicable VAT.
Odds: Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received and the activity on BeautyHobby.
Selection of Potential Winner: Potential winner will be determined by random drawing from all entries received, to be held on or about the 30th of each month, starting October 2008. The potential winner will be notified by e-mail within fifteen (15) days of the drawing. Potential winner will have ten (15) days from notification to accept the prize by responding to the email notification.
General Terms and Conditions: By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, which shall be final. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person or e-mail address that Sponsor determines to be in violation of any term contained in these Official Rules. Sponsor, agents and representatives of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or unintelligible or unsuccessful efforts to notify or contact winner notices; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, interruptions or difficulties of any kind; (iii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Giveaway to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Giveaway or arising from the participant’s access to and use of the Internet site http://www.beautyhobby.com to the extent permitted by law including direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Giveaway. In the event of such cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right to award prize in a random drawing from all entries received prior to the time of cancellation.
By participating in the Giveaway, each participant agrees to release and hold Sponsor and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Giveaway or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation (to the extent permitted by law), personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

Please do not repeat your comments because it will not increase your chances to win, just your chances to be banned.
Oh..I’ve noticed also some methods some of you found to cheat…
In conclusion, I will not bother to delete all the ‘forced’ comments or to ban you, I will just remove what I consider to be ‘fake’ BeautyHobby members (prize hunters) from the list, each month!!!!!
This is the only chance to have Cosmetics Giveaway monthly and that this site will NOT look like a spamed site

I really don’t understand how I’m supposed to enter. Am I supposed to comment my opinion about previous posts on this post or the previous one?
Anyway, I was just checking out your post on plastic surgery. I think that it’s a really hard decision that too many people just jump into. I, personally, wouldn’t ever get serious cosmetic surgery, like a breast augmentation. I would consider getting veneers, or something like that though. I think that if you have something that truly bothers you so much that you obsess over fixing it, then fine, it’s your decision.
I just wish people could be happier about their appearances in the first place.
