1. Wear only small sunglasses if you have a small face, and big sunglasses if you have a big face!
2. The frame shape must be in contrast with your face shape: If you have round face wear square sunglasses, if have a square face wear round sunglasses!
3. If you can’t determine your face shape, you can always buy Aviator Sunglasses that matches every face shape!
4. Be careful! If though oversized sunglasses are in trend, the frames shouldn’t be over your face contour!
5. Don’t choose frames that are “too cool for you”, just because they look good! They will remain in your drawer. Or, you’ll have to buy yourself a new wardrobe leaving a hole in your budget, that will not perfectly synchronize with your summer vacations…

I have a round face with big cheeks, and big sunglasses look really stupid on me. Women with thinner faces look better with big shades, like Paris Hilton. It takes a lot of trying different pairs before I find the right ones. For some reason the larger rectangle kind are the best for me. Small ones look dumb and so do the huge ones that make me look like a fly. Maybe I’m a exception to the rule that small faces need small glasses and big faces need big glasses.

will aviator glasses really look good on round faces?

I tried on like 5 different pairs on aviators yesterday, and they do not look good! if you have a round face it’s just not easy to pull off. They hit your cheeks and just don’t look good at all. makes your face look even rounder, which isn’t the key. the only ones i have been able to buy are medium sized more square shaped glasses. small looks dumb and big looks really dumb

I always tend to pick the sunglasses that don’t suit me. Until now, I had to take my friends along to choose for me. Guess I don’t need them after reading this guide.
