It’s been a while since I’m testing this cover and finish foundation in Light shade. Mineral Mix by Senna Cosmetics is a mineral powder foundation combines 2 foundation tones, 1 bronzer ( pressed mineral foundation powder in the lid) and 1 highlighter (a loose mineral foundation powder in the jar) which are color coordinated for each skin tone. As you will see in my photos there are two different textures you can play with.

Mineral Mix Powder Foundation

My favorite is the highlighter for its silky smooth texture that glides onto the skin. It is created to be applied as base then deepen your color as needed with the darker pressed mineral foundation powder.

They say:

Natural minerals supply the dewy soft light reflection needed to diminish lines, wrinkles and flaws while also providing chemical-free sun protection. Completely covers blemishes, discolorations, redness, even rosacea and is gentle enough for the most sensitive, problem-prone skin.

I agree with them about the covering power silky texture and natural glow but I advice you to not use the loose powder on your expression wrinkles or around the eye area until perfectly blended onto the skin since it might accentuate it ( prefer using my fingers to blend it). Beside that, I see this finish flawless, smooth and satiny look, a perfect wear for the evening and photo and caring protective for your skin. And i also love the gorgeous stylish 2-in-1 package that eliminates messy color mixing.

2 Deep skin tones.

Pressed – Light neutral ivory.
