Winter makeup

Besides running to work, a zip of coffee between two meetings, meetings extended over the working hours, you still have to look good!
You see your life as a marathon, with no time left for yourself; often the time to spoil yourself is reduced to 30 minutes in the morning spend in front of the mirror, before throwing yourself in daily events.
In harsh winter time, your problems are increasing, your skin perfection and makeup has to win the battle with frost, rain and snow. When the weather’s frosty and dry, skin becomes dryer, tends to be more dehydrated, flakier and more irritated.

That’s why I recommend you to pull out your winter makeup kit and choose a more studied, hydrated look:

To keep your skin fresh and get a porcelain sheen look, so in trends this season, your skin has to be prepared. Keeping a treatment and moisturizer on your face, day and night as this will help further moisturize your skin. To keep your skin hydrated from the outside in, apply a matte cream-based foundation, which helps to protect your skin from environmental aggressions such as pollution, stress, and UV rays. Damaging UV rays can be more intense in winter, especially in the air of higher altitude.

Young, fresh look is one of the hottest trends for this winter beauty, which puts the focus on the mysterSmoky Eyesy in your eyes expression, by “smoky eyes” effect. Remember to keep your lips nude. When applying strong makeup (like smoky eyes or red lips) put the focus on either eyes or lips, never both. (Think Angelina Jolie: She either plays up her huge eyes or her huge lips, never both. If she did, she’d look like a clown).
