ANSWER: I sometimes take Argyle Powder Clay 16 days cures internally and externally and it works great for me! Green clay helps to draw toxins from the skin/intestines and can calm inflammations.

THINGS YOU MUST KNOW:

For internal use is a must to drink only the clay water prepared a day before to drink the next morning for 8 days and to avoid eventual constipation, better for the next 8 days also.

For internal use you mustn’t overdose or drink it for more than 16 consecutive days.

Do not take it internal if:

· you have chronic constipation
· you have high blood pressure
· if you have a very fat diet
· during meals if you use poultices (it may stop the absorption of medications)

For external use as mud masks on sensitive or dry skin is better to add some hydrating ingredients to the clay mask to avoid excessive drying on your facial skin.
