Secret Obsession by Calvin Klein is an intoxicating floral oriental fragrance weaving together forbidden fruits, exotic flowers and a sultry wood signature for a provocative sexiness.

I’m sure you’ve heard all the stir over the banned commercial in the US. If not check out NY Mag’s article. The fragrance isn’t launching till fall, the only place you can get the fragrance before it’s on-counter (like now) is Macy’s.com. :)

Fragrance notes:

Top: Forbidden fruits: exotic plum, mace, rose de damas.
Heart: Exotic flowers: egyptian jasmine, french orange flower, tuberose
Backround: Mysterious woods: cashmere wood, bumt amber, australian sandalwood

Secret Obsession Calvin Klein

If you feel like sharing your secret obsession (which purpose I don’t dig) they built a submit form  on the secretobsessioncalvinklein.com website. There’s also the uncensored advertorial video, where Eva Mendes is rolling around naked in the sheets and flashing her nipple, online. Enjoy!

I wonder how different is this one from the original Obsession? Obsession is one of those scents i like on other people and cannot stand on myself. I hope this one is a bit more youthful.

I don’t like the original Obsession either, perhaps this one smells a little less heavy. Plus, it just makes me think of the 80’s/90’s. I don’t know. It feels dated to me.

I saw the Eva Mendes commercial and she looks beautiful in it. Too bad it had absolutely nothing to do with perfume :P

  3. Sandy Says:

I have tried this and don’t like it that much, although I love Eva Mendes.

Yes, i agree Eva is very pretty in this commercial- good marketing from Calvin Klein:)Still would not buy this scent though.
