David Hasselhoff is playing hardball in his divorce from Pamela Bach. In L.A. County Superior Court documents dug up by TMZ.com, the Hoffster claims Pam was “intoxicated or on drugs” at their daughter’s sweet-16 birthday party. That would be Taylor-Ann, who turned 16 in May. She has a sister Hayley, 14.
There’s more: Dave also says Pam “often wrongly accused me of having affairs in the presence of our children,” and that she “unfairly harbors an irrational obsession and jealous rage toward our nanny, and persists in accusing her of wanting to replace Pam.”
He also supplies some lab report showing that she tested positive for cocaine. For the record, Pam denies that, saying Dave took some hairs to be tested, and they were actually from her hair extensions. Meanwhile her lawyer accused Dave of leaking the documents, which are supposed to be sealed. And the mouthpiece told TMZ that Pam could respond with allegations about him, from her own court documents but doesn’t want to fight this out in public.
